Many things in life worthwhile,
cause tears and sometimes pain.
These times are just like rainbows,
that only come with rain.

It takes us time to see this,
to learn from all we feel.
That life with its happy/sadness
is alright and very real.

The Tears, the Pain, the Questions,
Looking for hows and whys
Yet after each storm, the sun peeks out
Putting rainbows in the sky

We know not all their secrets
this beauty from somewhere above
a soft and gentle reminder
we were put on this earth out of love

How we use our time is important
Someday we all have to go
what we leave behind is forever
I know cause God told me so.
